Boonisa Saleesuk

Bangkok Chopin Piano Competition Prize Winner, thirteen-year-old Boonisa Saleesuk’s musical interest began at the age of 3. Ever since, her passion in music, especially the piano, deepened substantially. During the past four years, she has been very active in the piano competition scene, winning a number of top prizes from competitions in Thailand and abroad including:

• 10th Bangkok Chopin Piano Competition First Prize Winner (Category II)
• Nocturne Prize, Polonaise Prize, Masterclass Prize from 10th Bangkok Chopin Piano Competition (Category II)
• Best Performance Award and Gold Prize (Piano Sonata Category) from The VI International Liszt Ferenc Competition 2023
• First place (Age group 3) Henle Piano Competition 2023
• First place prize winner in Bangkok International Youth Music Competition 2023 (Piano Classical Class Children B)
• Third prize (Category D) from the final round of Churairat ABRSM Piano Competition 2023
• Second prize (Pianist class age 11-12) from Asia Pacific International Arts Festival Piano & String Competition 2023
• Best Performance Award (Solo A category) from Kawai Music School Piano Competition 2022
• First place (Chopin Waltz category) from the 2nd Bangkok International Piano Competition 2021
• First prize (Children class B) from Singapore International Piano Competition 2021
• Top scorer in ABRSM Gr. 4 exam year 2021
• Gold Prize in Me and My Piano Music Contest 2020
   

She is currently studying piano with Kru Pin Tipwatoo Aramwittaya. 

In addition, she is a representative of her class in Thai language competitions at school. During her spare time, she loves drawing and learning about various composers and pianists.
